OVERVIEW: As part of my Entrepreneurship minor capstone, my team developed SlopeSpeak, a walkie-talkie designed and distributed specifically for skiers and snowboarders. We identified a gap in the market for reliable, mountain-ready communication and built out a full business plan including a Lean Canvas, competitor analysis, TAM/SAM/SOM sizing, prototype design, and financial projections. After conducting 30 skier interviews and two real-mountain experiments, we validated strong consumer demand while uncovering key business model challenges that led us to honestly reassess the path forward.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Market research and customer discovery, Lean Canvas development, competitor analysis, prototype conceptualization, financial modeling, and presentation of findings.
