Overview: As part of my Entrepreneurship minor capstone, my team developed SlopeSpeak, a walkie-talkie designed and distributed specifically for skiers and snowboarders. We identified a gap in the market for reliable, mountain-ready communication and built out a full business plan including a Lean Canvas, competitor analysis, TAM/SAM/SOM sizing, prototype design, and financial projections. After conducting 30 skier interviews and two real mountain experiments, we validated strong consumer demand while uncovering key business model challenges that led us to honestly reassess the path forward.

Responsibilities: Market research and customer discovery, Lean Canvas development, competitor analysis, prototype conceptualization, financial modeling, and presentation of findings.
